Can I be transparent for a minute?
Because would I be wrong to tag this person who is calling herself a "reseller" 🤔

I accidentally sent a package to the wrong person. I didn't realize the mistake until she
contacted me. I then sent a prepaid return label, and was assured multiple times that the package would be returned. After a couple weeks, the customer reached out for a refund. Unbenost to me; she had never received her package. I reached back out and provided another label for the package to be returned to me.

Weeks later, I'm still waiting.

What frustrates me most isn't the money—it's knowing one of my customers is being affected by something that should have been resolved quickly.

As a small business owner, every order matters. Every customer matters. And when people don't do the right thing, it creates problems that ripple far beyond a single package.

To my customers: Thank you for your grace, patience, and support. I promise I'll continue doing everything I can to make things right, even when others don't.
💔 But whew... some lessons are expensive.

I stopped by for the 20 mins I had to spare today....and babyyyy… these red thigh-high boots ❤️ A whole statement piece for basically pocket change 💲 & y'all been hearing me say I been looking for some red boots for me 🤗
This is why y’all need to let me thrift/style/shop for you‼️ I know how to spot the hidden gems, the expensive-looking pieces, the trendy finds, and the stuff everybody else overlooks.
Anybody can shop retail with a mannequin already telling them what to wear. It takes an eye to walk into a thrift store and pull out luxury vibes on a budget. That’s my superpower. 💅🏾♻️
