So put two "AS IS" listings up on Spicerack this afternoon.

First a Set of Blue Cuffs (Wrist and Ankle)and Blindfold. The cuffs and blindfolds for this one have been used with models for a few product shoots and then cleaned for resale.

And then a set of Pink Cuffs and Collar. This set is brand new, I messed up the size for a customer, so took some time to finish these up for "AS IS" since they were mostly done when I discovered that. So never been worn.

So this weeks Product is Infinity style Shoe Locks.

These can be made in any of our regular colors (except our regular black - good for a lot of other things, but not the shoe locks), but are a black Latigo leather by default.

Designed to so the lock can be at the side or under the foot. Will NOT work with flats, designed for High Heel shoes to force the submissive (or sissy maid) to keep them on. Caveat, people who are double jointed in the feet may still be able to get out of them, although not easily.

The Shoe locks got pulled from Etsy because we kept showing a live model's feet. And they did not believe the mannikin foot was a mannikin (last picture). At least Facebook lets us show feet.

Once again it has been awhile longer than I planned on.

Today's images are to show off the leather blindfolds. I chose these because had a few orders for them recently.

They can come in any of our regular colors, are backed by default with a nice suede making them both more comfortable and slightly harder to see out of. Normally the suede will compliment if not match the front leather color.

And then the buckle can be a more normal standard tongue or lock tongue buckle, or by default these come with a double-D ring buckle.

Models are Emily Rose (with blue blindfold) and Riann Nova (with default black Blindfold)

In other topics, Had a glitch on Spicerack.market, so did not see some orders for a couple extra days, all fixed and orders are all out now.

Note: Shipping prices are increasing for USPS, I know it is deliberate to destroy the USPS in favor of UPS and FedEx, but prices are becoming more on USPS than UPS, so may have to switch despite my not wanting to. As far as I know UPS still has a pickup charge for home businesses, so that is keeping USPS competitive for awhile longer.

And other than shipping so far my supplies remain around the same price, so my prices will remain around the same price.

I think that covers everything for now.

Sold enough of the spreader bars recently finally have to reorder not only the hardware parts, but the tubing as well.

So far the hardware and the tubing, just got that one priced, is priced the same as my last order, so I am very happy about that.

If not for shipping costs going up a LOT, I would not have to raise any prices, but because of shipping costs, at least for Etsy (yes they still allow me to sell these there) I will have to raise the price for anything 24" or longer by about $20 for the one with wrist attachments.

Just because of shipping increases.

For our regular site as well as Spicerack, the shipping is extra anyway so the base price does not need to be raised for those.

As a reminder all the parts for this are made using a Marine Grade of Stainless Steel (thus the price), so could be used in the water, even saltwater, although I highly recommend washing it off with fresh water after salt water use.

So finally finished my Cost of Goods count for last year's sales. While I am doing that I also count which balls sold (only the balls).

The total this past year was 891 total balls sold. Sales are obviously down from previous years, but then in Aug 2024 Esty killed the ball gag sales - that hurt.
In 2021 we sold 2140 balls (before I lost a good sized wholesale customer due to shipping costs)
In 2023 I sold 1856 balls.
And apparently I only do the ball total effort every odd numbered year. So don't have data for 2022 or 2024. It takes some effort to do the count.

So these are the totals either sold independently or as part of a ball gag, some of course were sold wholesale.

Red, Black, White, then Pink were the most popular colors last year.

As would be expected the majority of sizes sold were in the 1.75", 1.875", and 2.0" size range, Although sold quite a few 2.5" and 3.0" balls as well, everything else was within the expected bell curve for the most part.

I mainly enter this data so I get a good idea what my restock levels should be at.

And then Just a photo to remind of all the sizes and colors (with note, I ran out of room to show off the Jade Green and Pumpkin Orange balls which are, while not regular stock are in limited quantity batch stock with all sizes available at least to 2.5".

And then final reminder we sell things other than ball gags.

6 Jan, so last chance realistically would be 29th for ground advantage class within USA, 2nd for priority, I never recommend over night.

As a reminder we have Gold balls, they have no scent, and mmmph!. :) LOL :)
