Before we promote anything more about this weekend, we wanted to take a moment to acknowledge what’s on all of our hearts.
This week has been incredibly heavy.💔
Like so many of you, we’ve spent the last several days watching the fires with broken hearts. We’ve celebrated every piece of good news and mourned alongside those who have lost homes, memories, and so much more.
To our Shanty friends who have been evacuated or have experienced loss—we’re thinking of you every single day. We love this community, and we’re holding you close.
We’ve gone back and forth about whether our 18th Birthday Bash felt right this weekend.
In the end, we decided to keep it on the calendar.
Not because this week hasn’t mattered—but because we believe community matters too. Sometimes, in the middle of hard things, we all need a place to take a deep breath, hug a friend, laugh for a moment, and remember we’re not carrying it alone.

We’ll also be accepting cash and gift card donations throughout the weekend for those who would like to give a little extra.
If you’re part of our Shanty family and have lost your home—or know someone in our Shanty community who has—we’d love to know. If you’re comfortable sharing, please send us a private message. We don’t want you to feel like you have to ask for help—we simply want to know so we can pray for you, give you a hug, check in, and care for you however we can. Our hope is also to use the funds and donations from this weekend to directly support members of our own community who have been affected.
We’ll share exactly where every dollar and every donation is used once we’ve identified the families and local organizations with the greatest immediate need.
Thank you for supporting Shanty for the past 18 years. You’ve never just supported a boutique—you’ve built a community. And that’s something worth celebrating, especially now.
