She's been happily married for nearly 21 years and is the proud mom of five amazing kids, which means you'll usually find her cheering from the sidelines of a hockey rink, softball field, volleyball court, golf course, or basketball game!

This week, we're excited to spotlight Emma DiStefano, an Allocation Analyst. Emma's favorite thing about working at PL Marketing is the strong sense of community. She also appreciates the supportive teammates and leaders who encourage growth and professional development.

We recently wrapped up a round of Leadership Development training with our people managers, focused on strengthening the fundamentals, refining the playbook, and preparing for Q3 Check-Ins. Now comes the exciting part: seeing those lessons put into action with teams across the organization. It's a full season of ongoing conversations, continuous improvement, and investing in our people.

🎉 Intern Spotlight: Maria Judy 🎉

This summer, Maria joined our HR Team as a Training & Development Intern, where she gained hands-on experience supporting employee learning and development initiatives.

One of Maria's biggest accomplishments was creating an Employee PTO Articulate 360 training for division employees, helping make important resources more accessible and engaging. Throughout her internship, she strengthened her adaptability, willingness to learn, and passion for helping others succeed.

We want to thank Maria for her hard work, positive attitude, and contributions this summer. We can't wait to see all she accomplishes in her next chapter! 👏
