I opened the retail quilt shop in 2006 and closed the retail store in 2015. Although I enjoyed the retail shop, it is time to devote more time to my family, so I decided to go back to my roots and go back to machine quilting full time. The wrong way to piece a quilt block. I didn’t like the fabric in the block. It was from a kit, so I had to look in my stash for something that would coordinate and then take the center out and replace. Worth the hassle to be happy with the end result
