I had a boutique store in Siesta Key, Florida. I also had a wholesale business. So when I closed those and moved to Virginia Beach, I kept most of what I sold in my store and wholesale business. And that includes clothing for women, men, and children, handbags, and shoes. I estimate at least $35,000 to over $50,000 in inventory, all new, with some still in original packaging. I am trying to sell it on eBay, but selling 1-2 or 3 at a time, it would take me a couple of lifetimes to sell it all. Can be purchased for only $8400.00 now or the best offer.
This merchandise should sell great at any store near the water because that's where my store was, it sold very well and if you are looking to open a new store this stock will get you going.
I just listed a few of the pictures of dresses, etc. But only some things are unpacked. Most of the merchandise is still in the boxes. The unit is 20 ft. x 40 ft. and packed to the ceiling. It is hard to get a real sense of the amount of merchandise there is, but I hope the pictures help. If not, just come down and see it in person.
