After many wonderful years of festivals and meeting so many incredible people, we're pressing pause on Kirasole's in-person events.

This wasn't an easy decision. Creating, repurposing, and giving apparel a second life has been a true passion, but right now our hearts (and our schedules!) are being pulled in different directions. We are committed weekly at our local farmers market, but as The Lemon Babe - Handcrafted Lemonade Bar. As much as we'd love to be in two places at once, we simply can't.

Because of that, we weren't able to join Vintage Bazaar, and with heavy hearts, we also won't be at this weekend's Coppal House Sunflower Festival — our signature event over the years.

If you've been with us for a while, you know why that one is especially meaningful. Kirasole is inspired by the Italian word for sunflower, and our motto has always been "Face the Sun." Like a sunflower, we believe in turning toward the light, embracing change, and finding joy in the journey.

This isn't goodbye.

We're moving our inventory to Etsy so you'll still be able to shop your favorite one-of-a-kind pieces from wherever you are. We'll share the link here as soon as everything is ready.

To every customer who stopped by our booth, shared a story, found a favorite piece, or simply cheered us on — thank you. You've made this adventure more meaningful than we could have imagined, and we'll miss seeing familiar faces and meeting new Kirasole friends.

And to everyone heading to the Sunflower Festival this weekend, soak in the sunshine, wander through the blooms, and enjoy every moment. 🌻

Until next time … keep facing the sun.

There are no words for the gratitude we have. 💛

To the many shoppers, browsers, supporters, and kind souls who stopped by our booth, thank you. Every purchase, every conversation, every word of encouragement meant the world to us.

Kirasole is built one handmade piece, one market, and one connection at a time. We are so grateful and honored that our creations get to become part of your stories.

Thank you for supporting small business. ✨

Hand embellishing/embroidering our way through the road trip — one lobstah and one daisy at a time. 🦞🌼
There’s something about stitching on the road that feels a little extra nostalgic — slow miles, iced coffee stops, good music, and tiny details coming to life by hand.

A few new pieces are getting the Kirasole treatment somewhere between destinations. ✨

After vacationing along the Amalfi Coast, we’ve fully embraced lemons and every shade of blue 🍋💙

And honestly? Whoever decided lemons symbolized bad things clearly never spent time here. Since coming home, it’s been lemon pizza, lemon pasta, lemon cocktails … and now, lemon fashion.

To bring a little Italian summer into your wardrobe, we transformed these thrifted shirts with embroidered lemons, topped with sweet little bows, on pockets✨

Because when life gives you (literal) lemons, they're gifts. Sunshine. Possibility. A reminder that something bright can grow from unexpected places.

A little coastal vintage energy 🦞⚓

These thrifted Gap railroad stripe button-fly shorts (size 26/2) got a summer refresh at Kirasole Studio — shortened up and finished with vintage-inspired crochet lace for an easy, worn-in feel.

Paired with a thrifted navy stripe sweatshirt from Old Navy (size sm), topped off with our signature appliquéd lobster for that perfectly imperfect seaside touch.

One-of-a-kind pieces made for salty air, flip flops, and summer weekends ✨

A little piece of history, hand crafted. 🇺🇸

This limited edition framed embroidery featuring two flags finished with a bow and fabric matting — is a vintage nod to 250 years of resilience, tradition, celebration, and home. The kind of piece that feels timeless on a shelf, tucked into a gallery wall, or gifted to someone who loves the stories woven into America’s history.

Sometimes the smallest details hold the deepest meaning.
