We are so proud to have our embroidery work at the Babe Ruth League's World Series in Stafford, VA. We embroidered the beautiful baseball bags that the umpires are wearing on their belts. We just received this beautiful thank you email from a first-time customer after embroidering a stole for her graduation. It brought tears to our eyes. We really have the best customers!!!!

"I hope you’ve been well. I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank you for my beautiful graduation stole and for the incredible care you showed throughout the process. Your customer service went far beyond expectations, you made the experience feel truly human, and I’m so grateful that I was able to be open with you about my endometriosis journey and what reaching this educational milestone meant to me.

I also want to apologize for the delay in following up after my graduation. My post-op recovery has come with its share of challenges, but I’ve been thinking about your kindness often.

It isnt a big job, but it is definitely inspiring! We got to embroider this sweatshirt that was being given as a gift to a 79-year old woman that just graduated from Harvard University! We love our customers and hearing such inspirational stories & achievements.
