We are thrilled to welcome Nikki Sasha Ravitz to our team as our Chief Operating Officer!
With 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Nikki brings an exceptional combination of sales leadership, product development, procurement and operational expertise.
Nikki's background includes executive leadership in sales and product development. As Director of Hospitality at Zenna Hospitality, she designed more than 600 OS&E products in a single year during the COVID-19 pandemic. She also served as Vice President of Sales at Poggesi, Vice President of Hospitality at Revival New York, and Director of Corporate Accounts at T-Y Group, where she partnered with leading hospitality brands including Commune/Two Roads Hospitality, Hyatt, Loews Hotels, Margaritaville, and Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants to develop innovative products and procurement programs.
Throughout her career, Nikki has led OS&E procurement with The Parker Company for some of the industry's most recognized hospitality projects, including Atlantis, The Surrey Hotel, Ritz-Carlton Kapalua, Ritz-Carlton Rancho Mirage, Regent Harbor, and Regent South Beach. Additionally, she worked with Beyer Brown on the OS&E for the first One & Only Moonlight Basin, their first property in the USA. On the FF&E side, she spent nearly two years on behalf of The Parker Company onsite at Baha Mar, collaborating with the corporate teams for SLS, Rosewood, and Hyatt. She supported the Hilton Grand Vacations (HGV) FF&E program while at Benjamin West, managing procurement while enhancing brand specifications across
multiple projects.
Her hospitality journey began at Loews Miami Beach Hotel, where she spent seven years following the property's pre-opening, serving in roles including Food & Beverage Buyer, Assistant Purchasing Manager, and even Pastry Cook—providing her with a unique operational perspective that continues to shape her approach today.
Nikki has built a reputation for cultivating strong relationships with owners, designers, operators, manufacturers, and industry partners. Her extensive experience, collaborative approach, and dedication to excellence make her an outstanding addition to our team.
