Once I have received your payment, then I immediately begin working on your creations. ***Note, once personal checks have been cleared, then I will begin making your bows. TURNAROUND time: Logos and such : 24 hours - 1 week IMAGE SHEETS : 24 HOURS-48 HOURS (or sooner) Depends on order of when the order was received Bows : 2-3 days ( depends on order and ribbon supplies ) Dresses : 1 week Returns & Refunds: Unfortunately, I CANNOT accept returns due to the nature of the product.
