we just got back after being on a 3 week back to back to back comic con run. actually 4 cons in 3 weeks, with double thrown in and we are ready for the easter break.
unexpectedly all 3 cons were up and maybe we have reached the bottom of this recession. if we can stabilize the fuel pricing and cancel the tariffs we have hope this will continue. better times for all.
what was new? mystery bags that included 2 tees we once sold at our booth at comic cons in the usa and canada over the past 35 years. these tees are anywhere from 5-25 years old and i do not care of the age, all that matters is we have 4 skids of clearance we have accumulated in our 35 years on the road and we gave the bags a second chance and this time due to the economy, 2 tees for $25, was a hit at all 3 events.
my wife, even put these tees in a shiny white bag, not a beautiful box with great graphics, and they sold. we sell quality goods, that do not require an expensive box to attract you to value and quality. heck she even marked the bags with letters such as "m" to represent marvel, and "a" for anime, 'sw" star wars, etc. so the customer was able to choose which bag that fit there preference.
we will have them at our next con, fan expo calgary in april. so visit the booth you folks always call, "the t-shirt booth with the best selection!" to take advantage of stock shipped, before we sell out of the most popular sizes.

all custom made tote bags, jean jackets and hoodies are only available at comic cons as "exclusives" or by phone. all exclusives are short runs of 1-3 pieces. so if you are interested please let me know and we will prepare an exclusive garment with your favorite pop culture character.
