I'm writing through my Avet Emblem page b/c I don't have a personal page. Just wanted to send you some childhood memories of Dorchester, etc. One of my childhood friends from Dorchester, Robert Fultz, Sr. went home to be with the Lord this week. He & I shared many memories while growing up in the coal camp. It breaks my heart that he has gone to his heavenly home before me, but I will follow him soon. Robert & his family lived next door to us there. I remember when I came home from Korea, the first person I saw with whom I grew up was Freddie Fultz, Robert's brother. I recall us sitting down at the old Dorchester restaurant, and we talked for hours. Robert & I shared many wonderful memories of our past. We laughed and had so much fun talking about mischievous pranks we use to play. Robert was a very, very special, kind & innocent sort of man who avoided any trouble, if possible. Some day soon, I plan to shake hands with him in his heavenly home.

The Norton Christmas parade will be Sunday December 4
beginning at 6 PM on the west side of town the the First Bank and Trust.. I need 4 veterans with rifles to help me lead the parade. George Williams can you line up 4 vets with rifles and let me know who they are. Time is runiing out on us. I wil be out of town from 11/22/ to 11/28. Please helpe with this project.
