I just listened to this great podcast about recycling in Ohio (link below). Definitely worth a listen. It details how things are sorted, where they go to be recycled, and recycling dos and don'ts. Key takeaway... don't put batteries in the trash or recycling. Does anyone know of a reliable place to take batteries? Everywhere we used to recommend doesn't do it anymore.

Our Norwalk people will have some changes to their trash schedule and recycling collection starting mid September. You might have a different trash pickup days and will need to change the bag that recycling is in to blue and clear.

We are happy to help with any questions you might have. We may not have all the answers, but we might be able to find them. Just ask!
