Framed this awesome 1998 Pokemon ad recently! Looks even better on the wall until it sells on ebay(Ephemeralbilia instead of ephemera at Ebay incase anyone wanted to see this and other items there!) Been busy here but there is never enough time to get everything done though I grew up on Nintendo so this was not only fun but nostalgic! Hope everyone is having an awesome start to their weekend!

Been busy but now that the holidays are over I have been back up in the office working on things. Framed up some old 1924 canera ads and a few other items that are currently on ebay at Ephemerabilia. Trying to get the space more organized but ephemera is a lot of work specially when so much of history is interesting and you go in depth on looking into various things you come across. Anyone else get caught with that bug. I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season and a beautiful start to their NewYear!

Been a while since I have posted but now that winter is in full effect up here in upstate NY I thought I would share these little railroad gems from the 1800’s! We have a New York Central Railroad Company capital stock from 1865 a couple months after President Lincolns assassination and the end of the civil war. I can only imagine how chaotic it was at this time. Next is a New York Central railroad and Hudson River railroad capital stock from 1878. A Michigan Central Railroad capital stock from 1852 and an 1888 weigh slip for wheat! So much history in just a few pieces of history. Also at $100 a share alot of money for the times and please do have a go at some of the names as signatures can be a bit tricky. I hope everyone is having a wonderful holiday season and look forward to sharing more in the future. The weigh slip is currently on marketplace.

Piece of Mohawk Valley Ice Cream history up for auction now! This is from the time frame of 1912 when Yerdons opened to the early 1920’s before he got refrigeration and was using the cups we grew up with. This wrapper was used to wrap ice cream bricks. Yerdons Ice cream sold in the 1930’s but had two shops open before then, one in Fort Plains, NY where it all started and a second in Utica, NY. If you love old dairy and ice cream history or love collecting old wrappers this is a rare gem for you. Thanks as always for following the page we have lots to come and are slowly reworking the site. For now there are tons on marketplace, Facebook shop and ebay is starting to build.

Antique Rare Yerdon’s Vanilla Ice Cream Wrapper 1920’s Pride Of The Mohawk Valley Fort Plains, NY and Utica, NY. Refrigeration was still a new thing and ice fridges were very common still. Old book plate illustrations are another collectable and the older the more rare.

I really love being able to dress up some of these antique Advertisements! This 1920 Whistle Soda ad has survived over 100 years and though you can see its age in photo 1 you can see how well that age lends to a simple frame and mat! The years of survival scars tirns into a beautiful piece of antique art and conversation piece! Give it a try no need to go all expensive just take a piece you have had tucked away and do it! Then share it with others by leaving a picture of your piece in the comments! I hope everyone is having a beautiful week. This piece may go up in the shop but I may give it a new home in our kitchen!

Some awesome 1943 WWII Print ads all packaged up! Grenades into pineapples went up on ebay last night, New Haven Railroad is in the Facebook shop and the Mennen Baby powder is on marketplace. Thinking of spreading the love on all four markets and putting the Campbell soup Chicken Gumbo on Ephemerabilia.com since we have been slowly getting the website together! Lots more work left to do though lol. I am always making time to hunt whenever I can while out and take time packaging every item up and when unsure doing research on items to continue to broaden my historical knowledge. Though there is so much to learn and some things are harder to find info on. I also love finding old ephemera that will allow new light on something that may have been lost. When you enjoy something you invest in it and hope others see your hard work and dedication. I am always grateful for the support from everyone and hope to continue to see growth overtime. Hope everyone is blessed with happiness and making their idea of success a reality one day at a time!
