I haven't posted in quite some time as my personal life has preoccupied my sewing time. While Sarah's Sewing is no longer in business in the traditional sense, I am still available for small projects. Here are the finished drapes hanging! My client was nice enough to send me pictures after having them hung. The back tabs created soft pleats and are much better than the typical rod pocket for preventing the drapes from slipping closed on the rods after the drapes are open to the desired position. They are lined to help them hang better and protect the main fabric from sun damage.
My window treatments now help furnish homes as far west as Wisconsin and Michigan!
