Ashley's Couture wedding Dress journey was one of a kind, and full of wisdom!! Once engaged, she actually went out dress shopping by herself at first! "Going by yourself to look at dresses will allow you to follow your heart with what YOU want and what you feel looks best on you. This will allow you to be less pressured to buy what everyone else likes or wants as opposed to what you really want."

After looking in stores, Ashley still hadn’t found the perfect gown for her, and really wanted to incorporate all of her favorite details into one gown, and that’s where we connected! This is what sets the couture experience apart- your dream dress, turned into a reality!!

That cake was soooo good! 🍰

The wedding day through our eyes! It was a beautiful summer day celebrating Greg and Cali! My cousin! The sunset was unbelievable too, didn’t take a video of that, I was enjoying the moment in front of my own eyes! What a special memory for the couple!

The good ol Kolis crew was as iconic as ever 👌🏼

Gotta love a good pattern closet!

My close family might look at my personal life and think I am messy (Ang!), but look how organized I am!!! Who else can pull up a dress they made in 2018 and repeat it exactly?!!! Such a flex. 💪🏼

So especially during the busy bridal season, I feel extremely guilty using my non-working time to go back in and sew some more. But, sewing truly is and always will be my favorite hobby! It makes me sad to not be able to make myself clothes all summer long like I used to as a child, so one dress won’t hurt! Got this one down to 4.5 hours on a Sunday!

2026 is the year of the handbag! 👛 👜 When else can your outfit 100% match your dress??!! 😎

Picture this: you wake up 33 years from now, you and your baby girl are driving to a fabulous couture studio in Northville with your boxed wedding dress in the backseat. You open your precious gown out of the preservation box and all those wedding day memories flood back, you haven’t seen your gown in 33 years! Your daughter wants to wear the gown for her rehearsal dinner to celebrate her new love with her soon-to-be husband, while still honoring the past and the foundation that her whole life was built upon. You are overwhelmed with pure joy!

Oh to be a mother-of-the-bride! What a special full circle moment!
