Between caring for your family, navigating military life and keeping up with everyday responsibilities, there may always be something left on your list.

The laundry can wait a little longer. A simple dinner is enough. You’re allowed to sit down without turning that moment into another task.

Whether it’s enjoying your drink while it’s warm, reading a few pages or asking someone to take over when support is available, your needs deserve space, too.
