💚 SEPTEMBER IS NATIONAL SUICIDE PREVENTION AWARENESS MONTH 💚

At A&L Tees, we believe that sometimes a simple message can make a powerful impact.

This is a time to raise awareness, break the stigma surrounding mental illness, and remind those who may be struggling that they are not alone.

Mental health matters.
Your story matters.
Your life matters.

Take a moment to check on your family, friends, coworkers, and loved ones. Sometimes the person who needs support the most is the one who never asks for it.

And to the therapists, counselors, social workers, mental health professionals, and advocates who dedicate their lives to helping others—we appreciate you! Your work matters, and so do YOU. 💚

A&L Tees is proud to offer shirts that help spread awareness and start meaningful conversations. Therapists, counselors, social workers, and mental health professionals—consider ordering shirts for yourself, your team, or your organization. Wear the message. Start the conversation. Spread hope.

📞 If you or someone you know is struggling or in crisis, call or text 988 to reach the 988 Su***de & Crisis Lifeline. Help is available 24/7.
