We like to give a shout out to our suppliers from time to time, without them we couldn’t make anything. Today I want to thank Burnley & Trowbridge Company for their careful packaging of buttons. The amount of extra time this must take is surely appreciated by myself and customers who won’t receive buttons with bent shanks and scratched faces. Thank you very much for using the same care in shipping these items as we put into making the garments they go on! ✂️

Latest pair of leather breeches completed. This pair is modeled on an original pair located in eastern PA. The originals are constructed without an inseam, and most of the other seams are welted. Definitely a cheaper and quicker pair to make, perfect for the working classes like the other pair we copied with the inseam. The reproduction is constructed with chamois sheepskin, and we were able to machine sew all of the inside seams. We also utilized gas back buttons on the reproduction. We will have leather breeches on offer soon folks! ✂️
