I am going to be real with y’all. I fell off my exercise program for a little over a week. Life happened, energy dipped, and I let it slide longer than I should have but yesterday I got up I drove myself to the gym. I did the work and I came home with a sweaty face and something I have been missing…my peace back. Here’s what I know about falling off – it is not the falling that defines you. It is getting back up. And you do not need to feel motivated to get started. You need to get started to feel motivated. Soft Life does not mean Soft on your self Sis it means taking care of yourself with the same love and intention. You give everything else.
