It took me most of yesterday to get the layout right, but I did finally get her done! We took a side quest today to celebrate my nephews birthday but now that we’re home I can put the final borders on even though Shark week has officially ended lol

It’s funny how one strip of fabric can completely change a quilt.

With every border, this one went from “I think it’s going to be cute” to “Okay… now we’re getting somewhere.” ✨

One of my favorite parts of quilting is watching the transformation. You spend hours making blocks, and then suddenly the borders and that final touch and the quilt finally becomes what you imagined.

There is something so satisfying about seeing all the blocks finally up on the design wall. 🧤❤️💚🎄

One mitten at a time doesn't feel like much... until suddenly you're standing back thinking, "Wait... it's actually becoming a quilt!"

This is our Smitten Mitten quilt in progress, and I can't decide which mitten is my favorite. The plaid? The little snowmen? The lil trees? 🤔

🎉 The very first one is on its way!

Today we packed up the first of our BeWitched Quilt Kits, and there is just something exciting about sending a brand-new kit out into the world. We can’t wait to see it come to life in someone else’s sewing room.

It also feels like a good time for a little reminder… some of our quilt kits are made in very limited quantities. Once a kit sells out, there’s a chance we won’t be able to make it exactly the same again because fabric collections are only available for so long.

If you’ve had your eye on one, don’t wait too long. 💛

Thank you for supporting our little shop and allowing us to keep creating kits we’re proud of. We can’t wait to pack the next one.
