We’re hiring at both our Ocean City + Collingswood locations for part-time Garb Guides to help with the following responsibilities:
• Maintain clean and organized closets, including dusting, vacuuming, and reorganizing merchandise
• Return clothing and accessories to their correct closets and displays
• Assist with merchandising and overall presentation of closet spaces
• Maintain, cut, and organize recycled shop tags
• Prepare and organize business cards and promotional materials
• Explain our business model and services clearly to customers
• Help renters with closet setup and breakdown
• Support customer sales and provide excellent customer service
• Keep the setup room organized and manage hanger inventory
• Assist in posting daily instagram stories highlighting products
• Maintain and update personal availability within our scheduling app, and communicate schedule changes or unavailability promptly
