We’re off the block. This past decade Derek and I have been proud owners on Sixth Street in the historic district. But it was the right time to sell our beloved building and we’re glad to call the new owner our friend. Small town heroes. Taking a moment to celebrate our tenants Graham Dawson & Heather Harvey Dawson who, since opening The Mixer in December 2019 in the historic former Young Hardware building next to ours, have grown a standout restaurant and craft cocktail bar while weathering a pandemic, a tornado, and the ups and downs of a fluctuating economy, rolling with every punch with fortitude, grace and innovation. And since opening Baked Hopkinsville in our own building almost 3 years ago, the ever evolving range of baked goodies they’ve been offering customers would impress in any city.
