The Lee Elder Challenge at The Playground is a family-friendly day with a closest to the pin contest, to commemorate and honor the legacy of Lee Elder. Lee broke through the color barrier at Augusta National in 1975, becoming the first Black man to compete at The Masters. Lee changed more lives than he could have ever imagined, and will forever be engrained in the soul of golf.
100% of all ticket sales will go towards covering healthcare costs for Lee's widow Sharon, who is battling Alzheimer's, as well as to the Lee Elder Memorial Fund to grow his legacy and expand the reach of golf.
