As we head into Mental Health Awareness month, we want you to know that you are seen, loved and appreciated. ā¤ļø
I get it - Some days you wake up and everything feels fine⦠and other days it feels like the world is crashing down. And the truth is, both of those days count. You donāt have to earn your struggle or compare it to someone elseās to justify how you feel. Not one bit. Life can be beautiful and it can be messy at the same time - and pretending itās always okay really only makes it lonelier.
So if today feels hard, I want you to know youāre not the only one carrying something invisible. Youāre not behind, youāre not weak - You. Are. Human.
And, just like Iād tell you if we were sitting side by side, you donāt have to carry it all alone. Talk to someone. Say the thing out loud. Take the break. Ask for help. Or just sit in a quiet space and breathe for a minute.
Nobodyās opinion matters. Your mental health does.
Healing doesnāt always look like big breakthroughs - it a lot of times can come in waves. And sometimes itās just choosing to stay, to keep going, to take one small step forward.
Because, that moment youāre feeling the heavy, not feeling yourself-⦠it will pass.
