I have been on the hunt for beef tallow for MONTHS. Not kidding.

So many of you have asked me to carry tallow products, but I didn’t want to just grab some random brand and call it good. I wanted to make sure it was actually good quality.

This tallow is made with grass-finished beef suet tallow, and yes, that matters.

Suet tallow comes from the protected internal fat around the kidneys, not just random trim fat. It’s known for being cleaner, creamier, less greasy, and less “beefy” smelling than regular beef tallow.

Not all tallow is created equal, and I’m so excited to finally bring in one I feel good about carrying.

1. Sometimes the most loving thing God does is correct us. If He only ever agrees with me, I need to ask if I’m following Him… or just following myself with a Bible nearby.

2. Conviction is uncomfortable, but it is mercy. God doesn’t come to flatter us. He comes to transform us.

3. A hard truth for the heart: God is not here to co-sign every feeling, opinion, or plan we have. Lord, help us to love Your truth more than our comfort.
