Your Meinders Oklahoma Scout Shop will be closed on Saturday, July 4th, in observance of the Independence Day holiday. We will reopen at 9 o’clock, Monday morning, on July 6th. This prestigious national leadership role recognizes Tyler's outstanding commitment to servant leadership, youth development, and the future of Sea Scouting. From serving on our Council Youth Advisory Committee to supporting the 2026 National Jamboree and leading within the Order of the Arrow, Tyler continues to make an impact at every level of Scouting.

The Butterfield Trail District Cardboard Boat Race returns on Saturday, July 25, 2026, at Ni**od Lake in Plainview, Arkansas!

Gather your Pack, Den, or Troop and put your creativity, engineering, and teamwork to the test as you build and race cardboard boats across the water.

• $5 per participant
• $15 per prebuilt boat entry
• Every participant receives an event patch
• Lunch included
• Awards for Pack, Den, and Troop divisions
• Fastest-to-Sink award returns!

IMPORTANT: This year's event is at Ni**od Lake due to ongoing work at Blue Mountain Lake.
