As a small business, please understand that our processing and shipping timeframe may be longer than larger corporations. Because of this, we may not always have the item you ordered in stock immediately and can only begin processing your order after payment verification. RETURN POLICY

sales are final. If there is any mistake on our end, please contact customer service at [email protected] to receive additional information on returns. You will then need to mail the item back to the address provided if the wrong item was sent in error. Once the item is received via mail you will receive store credit for the new item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must also be in the original packaging. Store Policy Update- Please Read! Invoices from live shows must be paid within 72 hours or they will be considered canceled invoices. Canceled invoice items will then be returned to inventory. Once you have a canceled invoice you must pay a deposit of $25.00 to shop again. This must be paid before you comment on the live.
2. Shipping is FREE on orders over $50.00! Shipping of $3.99 for orders $0-19.99 and $5.99 for orders over $20.00-$49.99 will be added to your order. There are holds on the live shows.
3. Payment plans are available and require 50% down before the items are ordered.
4. Due to limited quantities invoices sent from live boutique shows must be paid within 24 hours to receive your FREE GIFTS due to promotions, hitting VIP, and games that are won during the live.
5. You must purchase in order to receive free gifts won on the live boutique shows.
6. If you order a custom handmade T-shirt please understand that it will take up to 1 week to receive the products and customize your T-shirt before shipping.
7. If you order an item during a live show and it needs to be ordered please allow up to one week for it to come in to the boutique before it is shipped to you.
8. If you order a VIP EXCLUSIVE item please allow up to 6-8 weeks for it to arrive as it comes from overseas.
9. Invoices that are not paid within 72 hours will be canceled and items will return to inventory.
