My name is Kimberly Wehrbein, I am the owner and designer at The Perfect Dress. My story started over twenty years ago as a student of Fashion and Textile design. My dream at that time has become my vision of today – – to work one-on-one with my clients in Bridal and Formal wear, to create works of art that accentuate their best qualities, and bring their dreams to reality in a truly exceptional
piece of wedding or formal wear. This can mean altering or redesigning a gown to fit and complement the 3-dimensional form, or creating an entirely new work of art for your wedding day or most important event. My passion is your complete satisfaction in designing, redesigning, or altering your wedding gown or formal wear. In 2023, I retired from 11 years as a middle school teacher to join Kim at The Perfect Dress. I have learned so much about the process of bridal alterations and am honing my sewing skills every day. In addition to learning the craft, I have also taken over as office manager--handling appointment bookings, etc. The most rewarding part about this industry is meeting and working with the brides--being about to jump in at such a joyous milestone is a privilege!
