Summer afternoons should be carefree and dreamy-relaxed, but I find myself wound up and unable to achieve the innocent joy that Summer “should“ be. That feeling that I must be doing Summer wrong, just adds to my stress. I take a break and let the herbs take over. Calm is a blend so gently nurturing. Lemon balm lifts my mood. Oatstraw nurtures and calms, and holy basil strengthens my nervous system.
