Disclaimer this is a work in progress, but with time and practice this will out perform a lot of the paint work on the market today. After photos in comments. Okay folks here is one of the new pieces of equipment. This little air brush gun is actually a powder coat gun. This will give us the ability to move away from wet paints and a wet final protective coat that is weaker and will chip and scratch easier over time. So the tiping and pattern work that we did do with wet paint will now be done with powder coating so you now will have a part that can take a real beating. Also doing it this way will give us the ability to do 1 sided powder coating.

We have invested in 3 new pieces of equipment for the painting side of business. Without giving away to much info, 1. Will be able to take metal dip it and it becomes shiny. 2. Our airbrushing is getting an upgrade which will allows us to have even more durable paint. 3. Is a big maybe, but will change how plastic and wood bait clear coats are done, no one in the industry does this kinda of clear finish and it out last and take a better beating then anyone.

A friendly heads up, that Jones Designs production will be down dates of friday september the 25th at 3pm will be back monday september 28th. We will then be shut down thursday september the 30th for surgery appt. We will be back to production monday october 5th, but expect it to be slow going that week. We also Tabitha Jones and I Squanch Jones will be announcing soon the dates of when we leave to go try for our IVF appt. As of now looking like end of october or first week of november. Thank you so much everyone you are all amazing and we will do our best to stay with in that 2 week time frame of orders.
