Every season has its purpose.

This season is one of rest, reflection, and preparing for what’s next. Because of that, Crescent Soulworks will be taking a temporary pause and will remain closed for the rest of the year.

This isn’t goodbye.

It’s simply time to step away, recharge, and continue expanding my knowledge so I can return with even more to offer. During this time, I’ll be working toward new certifications and continuing my education to better support my clients.

When Crescent Soulworks returns in 2027, you’ll find new knowledge, fresh inspiration, exciting offerings, and an elevated experience built to better support your wellness journey. I can’t wait to share what’s ahead.

Self Care Sundays are designed to be slower, quieter, and intentionally grounding.

This Sunday, I have three sessions available. This is a soft preview of what these Sundays are meant to be: space to rest, soften, and let your nervous system settle.

These are 60-minute relaxation sessions, with warm towels and aromatherapy included as part of the experience.

If your body has been holding more than it should, this is your invitation to pause.
