YBA Shirts specializes in custom wholesale apparel and promotional items for sports leagues, schools, and corporate. YBA operates as a screen-printing shop, fulfillment warehouse, and more. We’ve been in business for over 40 years, and provide excellent customer service.
Job Summary
We’re looking for a highly-motivated talented individual to create high-quality video content. The ideal candidate has strong storytelling skills, and should be able to seek to captivate, engage, and offer useful solutions to customers. They should be confident in their video production and editing abilities to give YBA a unique voice.
As a Video Content Specialist will be responsible for:
Video content strategy in collaboration with the Marketing Manager
Video script writing
Being on camera, and behind the camera
Social media posting
Short-form video content: Instagram Reels, Tiktoks, YouTube Shorts etc.
Long-form video content: YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram etc.
Video ad content: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.
Video editing
Required Skills
Video content planning
Video production start to finish
Willingness to be on camera with strong communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Social media experience
Video editing (Adobe Premiere)
Lighting & staging experience
Preferred Skills
Adobe Suite experience (After Effects)
Copywriting
Project management
Image editing (Adobe Photoshop)
Work Environment
Friendly office environment, casual attire. The marketing department is currently a team of 3, and we work together in close proximity.
Education & Experience
An Associates or Bachelors degree in video, digital media, or a related field is preferred. At least 2 years experience with video planning, production & editing is required.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time in-office position 40 hours per week Monday through Friday. (non-remote)
