To be honest, I hate when my kids ask this question. But how can I say no? They learn a lot by doing stuff like this and I did it all growing up so… here we are, building a lemonade stand out of scraps from our garage. We only spent money on paint samples! I guess that tells you how much wood we have leftover from other projects.
I tried to let the girls do as much as I could handle. Sometimes it’s hard to let them help but what’s the point if they don’t? We put wheels on the bottom for easy transport and made it look as cute as possible so that people would stop. Also, little tip if you’re doing a lemonade stand this summer, put a Venmo on the sign! People don’t carry cash anymore!
