Lisa Mitchell and Linda Laflamme would like to once again thank you all for taking this new journey with us and being a part of the MeSoxy family.
We will say this over and over again. Our software isn’t real fancy or real sophisticated, but we will provide a happy shopping experience for your clients with fast shipping, quality products and a happy positive environment to shop and grow your team.
We have some representatives with us that have years of direct sales experience and we have some that are brand new. When building your teams keep this in mind. Some people will need their hands held more than others. Our rules are simple and not complex. If you are building a team then you are their first line of command, be prepared to help them every step of the way.
One tip I would like to share with the seasoned rep or newbie. Again, if you’ve been doing this awhile you might have the magic potion so you might not care to read on.
I never share my link when I recruit. I give just enough information to wet their appetite. Many groups require graphics and wording that clearly state the company name. This prevents spamming. We never want to spam or risk getting banned from groups or Facebook.
I personally will post a graphic and some working, but will end with message me or comment for more information and no link.
When they comment or message me, the fist place I go is their profile page. Are they a real person? You can usually tell if not, are they in the US and Canada, doesn’t always show but you usually can tell.
If this is someone legitimate that I want on my team I will send them a friend request and my PM. If they don’t accept or view your message – move on to the next and don’t look back.
This is the PM I send, please please, modify this to fit your style and also to prevent looking like spam, something that just keeps getting posted over and over again word for word. Once we launch rephrase it and rephrase as needed =
