**Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee per item and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
**Clothing Returns Policy:
Clothing items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached. We are unable to accept items that have been worn, washed, altered, or have any odors. Returns may be declined if the item is not returned in its original condition.

We ship in weekly shopping blocks to keep shipping simple and affordable. Sunday–Tuesday:

✨If your first purchase is on the last day of a shopping block, we'll prorate your shipping.
🌍 International Shipping:
International shipping rates are based on the weight of your package and will be billed separately. Please note that our standard shipping block rates do not apply to orders shipped outside of the United States.
*Orders usually ship within 2–4 business days after a shopping period ends. During busy times, processing may take a little longer, and we appreciate your patience. Tracking notifications are sent via Pirate Ship from Dana’s Boutique. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update before attempting to track your package.

🛡️ Shipping Insurance - the first $100 of insurance is included. After that, insurance is $1 for every additional $100 in order value.
📦 Order Issues:
If your package arrives with a missing item, a defective item, or an item that was damaged during transit, please notify our shipping department within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. Please include a photo of your invoice and clear pictures of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
📦 Missing Orders:
If you’re missing an order, please reach out within 7 business days after the shopping period ends to [email protected]. Unfortunately, we’re unable to assist with claims submitted after this timeframe.
🧾 Invoices:
Invoices are sent each morning following the live sale(s). If you shop both the day and night live on the same day, your purchases will be combined into one invoice. Payment is due within 12 hours of the invoice being sent. If an invoice is not paid within 12 hours, it will be canceled.
*First-time shoppers: FIRST canceled invoice will result in losing shopping privileges.
*Returning customers: We understand that things happen, so we allow up to 2 canceled invoices. After that, we may no longer be able to offer the ability to shop.
💳 Accepted Payment Methods:
We accept debit cards, credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash App (Cash App payments must be made through your invoice). We also offer Afterpay and Sezzle for orders of $50 or more (before shipping). Shopping on our website (danasboutique.net) is separate from live sale shopping when it comes to shipping charges. Please note that live sales may include daily specials and discounts that are not available on the website.
