"Chakra tattoo || this piece is so meaningful to me. You guys already know how much I love the chakras, but they really do hold a very important part of my heart. I went through a really hard phase of life the last couple of years. Depression was intense and anxiety was through the roof. My marriage was falling apart and it just was not a healthy relationship for me. I felt helpless and I had no idea where to begin my healing process.. I was numb and I was scared. Once I discovered more and more about the chakras I was able to focus more on myself and slowly pull myself out of that dark place. Now I definitely wouldn't say that chakras are the only thing that saved my life- but they're a big part. I credit it to my family, my friends, my career and my yoga practice. Meditating on each specific emotion and how to change it was crucial for me. Painting and creating was the only thing that made me happy. And it just so happens that the watercolor behind this tattoo is of a painting that I had done. I wasn't expecting that when I went in but it makes it so much more meaningful. This tattoo is a reminder of balance and strength, it's a reminder to remain this pheonix I chose to be and continue rising above the darkness. Caleb did such an amazing job with this piece and I couldn't be more thankful. 🙏🕉" @ Orlando, Florida
