We are proud to officially announce that Ty Davis, Owner of Aerohaus, has achieved the next major milestone in his aviation career.

At just 18 years old, Ty has successfully passed his Instrument Rating checkride and is now officially an Instrument-Rated Private Pilot.

This achievement represents discipline, focus, countless study hours, early mornings, late nights, and an unwavering commitment to excellence in the sky. The Instrument Rating is one of the most challenging and respected advancements a pilot can earn, requiring advanced navigation, weather interpretation, and precision flying under instrument flight rules (IFR).
