One of the things that STILL makes my eyes water, is my clients’ TRUST! 🥹⠀

Clients (like this gentleman) literally only pick the “color” of suit they would like. And from there, he says “…you design the rest!”😳⠀
⠀
That level of trust, comes with a tremendous amount of pressure…pressure to produce a garment that speaks to the very nature of who that client is, and how they want to be perceived when they are seen in their garment(s).⠀

But hear me when I say…”I WANT ALL OF THAT SMOKE!” I’m from Memphis and we climb “up” the chimney! ⠀

After a brief pause, I said this:⠀

When I slide a client’s garment up their arms and on to their shoulders, and they see themselves in it for the 1st time…I stand back and I say to them, “…how does it feel?”⠀

The deep breath that they take, which precedes the look of self confidence that instantly takes control of their face…THAT’S what I like most…that’s why I do it…In fact, I live for that look…And with God as my witness…I pray that will never get old!⠀
