January Update!
Hey Fam,

Shipping and Add-Ons

Happy New Year! I hope everyone achieves their goals that they set for this year. This year my goal is to deliver to our backers and in the mean time, we appreciate your support and patience.

Last month we had additional delays from our manufacturers and their supply chains. That situation was frustrating, but fortunately your Copper Clean Wallets have just shipped to the US. Shipping times have been unpredictable, but I am committed to shipping them to you as soon as we receive them.

With the current supply and demand issues, we have decided not to fulfill the Add-ons (the Copper Key, Copper Polish and/or Copper Cloth). Backers that purchased any of these add-ons will receive a refund. At the end of the day we don’t need any additional elements to hold us back and we want to focus on our one goal of delivering the core product to you, ASAP.

We have not sent surveys yet, but now that we have tracking we will be emailing those surveys in the coming weeks via EasyShip as well as any remaining taxes or duties that need to be paidfor delivery. Keep an eye out for those to keep your most current address up to date.

Hey Fam,

Thank you for your patience. Last month we talked about production and it has been slow, but it is finally wrapping up on the 15th of December. Shipping will follow 2-3 days after.

Right now, the shipment is going to us and then shipped to you. As soon as I get the tracking info, I'll be posting it to here.

In order to expedite the connecting shipment, we'll be sending surveys to confirm your shipping address, as well as any remaining taxes or duties that need to be paid. Then we can prepare labels for when we receive the shipment.

Our shipping provider estimated 30 days, and granted there are no additional hurdles, you can plan on seeing your Copper Clean Wallet by late Jan to early Feb. Keep in mind, this is the best case scenario, as there are still large backlogs of cargo being received from the limited docks on the coast and the holiday season won't help much but will hopefully abate by that time.

Hey Fam,

In our last update, I talked about the trials and tribulations of manufacturing. Unfortunately, this is still a concern. Due to the manufacturer having their own issues acquiring materials, production was temporarily stalled. I understand this is somewhat negative news, but I feel it's important to be transparent. I know not everyone is aware of the complexity of manufacturing overseas. I am working diligently with the manufacturer to obtain a solid timeline. If everything goes well, we still plan on shipping in late December.

Nonetheless, I still want to say thank you for being a part of this journey. Your faith in our product inspires me everyday. Keep an eye out for next month's update, and feel free to reach out if you have any questions come up in the meantime.

So it looks like we're wrapping up just under $15k and about 295% of our goal! Not 6 figures but I'm happy for every dollar and ever backers support. I can't wait to get the purchase order out and wallets into the backers clean hands lol. We'll be sending out pledge surveys soon so be on the look out in the coming weeks!
