Played around yesterday with a marshmallow. I cooked down some blackberries and used that in place of the water in the recipe and added a little bit of cream cheese emulsion. It is delicious! Blackberry Cheesecake.

I had a last minute request for a Red Velvet Cake with Buttercream Frosting. I put Italian cream filling in it. They wanted it for hunting and fishing. I made do with what I had at the house since there was no time to order anything. The other challenge was I only had an 8” cake to work with. I hope they like it!

I forgot to post this yesterday! I made up a new marshmallow. I’m calling it Pina Colada. I puréed some pineapple and used it in place of the water. Then I took coconut and blended it to a powder and used it to dust the marshmallow. It is so good.

I have worked on egg shaped ornaments lately. It is so hard to capture all the details and beauty of them.

Clean up on aisle 1!! We have powdered sugar every where. Just finished cutting these marshmallows up. I experimented with making a Chocolate chip cookie dough. I used brown sugar instead of white. Folded in milk and semi sweet chocolate chips and topped with dark chocolate. It’s a little denser but taste great.
Second one is so fluffy. I’m calling it Lemon Cheese cake. I juiced 3 lemons and added some cheese cake flavoring. Then I topped it with cheesecake chips. So good!

It was out of the kitchen and into the sewing room today.
