⚠️I have an announcement to share regarding my persistent health issues: I have been diagnosed with a chronic illness. With this information, I can now move forward with the assistance of medicine, lifestyle changes and extreme changes to my diet.
These changes will allow me to be more consistent and more reliable in all facets of my life, especially in terms of the business.
🛑Due to my persistent health issues over the last 3 years (and my whole life) the store is hanging by a thread. I am going to need to grind, grind, grind to resurrect it. Expect more live sales and sales in general. If you've ever felt compelled to shop the store, NOW is the time!
With knowledge there is power, and I will be making major changes to allow me to move forward with a healthy lifestyle. (RIP Dr pepper)
Thank you for all the support everyone has shown me over the last 9 years, but especially the last 3 years when my health challenges compounded. I couldn't show up for the business and my customers as I needed to, and for that, I am sorry.
Let today mark a new beginning for myself, but also a return to form of the "Old Bold and Curvy" before my health spiraled out of control.
If I lost you over the last couple of years, I hope you will give me and the store another chance. This business is a very large piece of me, and I vow to restore things and to right this ship.
*I have a diagnosis and have solved the puzzle of my health issues over the last 43 years of my life. Shout out to Kate Quigley who suggested it could be Severe GERD. She was right.
Severe GERD, gastritis, and a gluten allergy that was the cause of my severe inflammation pain.
While the GERD diet + gluten free is very limited, I am beyond ecstatic to have answers and to have control back.*
