There are so many cakes I’ve never posted! Casey always does such a beautiful job of photographing and documenting her incredible parties that my photos often don’t do them justice. This was Kailee’s 10th birthday cake from 2 years ago. (She ordered her own cake topper). Kailee’s 12th birthday is coming up soon (in August) and she already has a design plan and theme + the cake has been ordered! Last year, I had the honor of creating Kristina’s Beauty and the Beast themed baby shower cake while she was waiting to meet her little princess. Last week, I got to celebrate that same sweet girl turning ONE with an enchanted first birthday cake! Two tiers of sparkling details, whimsical Lambeth piping, classic red roses, a gallery wall of edible portraits featuring the enchanted castle staff, and Belle & Beast themselves (provided by the client) brought this fairy tale to life. It’s always so special when clients invite me back to celebrate the next chapter of their family’s story. Happiest 1st Birthday to your little beauty!

A soft sage canvas, bold blue blooms, and touches of gold made Kevin & Kaitlyn’s wedding cake feel like a little piece of spring. A two-tier red velvet cake finished with hand-painted palette knife flowers, delicate gold accents, and a custom gold topper. Their dessert spread was just as sweet—8 dozen cupcakes, 2 dozen key lime cheesecake parfaits, and 2 dozen chocolate chip cookie dough shooters for guests to enjoy.
