Hello friends. Happy to announce we are "officially" an Illinois based business! We have survived moving to a new state, renting a house, 2 record setting Chicago winters, buying AND renovating a home, moving the studio, and much more! In many ways, this has been a long 18 months. Excited to be settling into our new studio....finally 💗

We have been busy around here moving our home and the studio. It is still under constrution {read: FRUSTRATING} and we were hoping they would finish by Christmas. Not going to happen. This is the 3rd deadline that has come and gone....so here's raising our glass to 2015! Meanwhile, I am loving the new studio space and trying to find time to settle in. Thought I would share some new photos so you can see what I am up to these days....

Working in the {NEW} studio today! Not sewing, but PAINTING. So much painting these days. For those who may have missed an update, we are knee deep in a gut rehab project of a house we bought! Feverishly working to ready the upstairs, while major construction is going on downstairs. Moving in Nov 1.....before the major part is done. Yes. We are CRAZY.
