Hello Friends, Well we got back home safely on Sunday evening after driving through rain showers off and on. That was the first time that I drove cross country. Ken was always the driver when we went on vacations, but I did it!
Our trip to Mayo was disappointing. They set us up with a doctor that didn't know much about EEGs, but after asking, he did schedule her for another EEG. They let me stay during the test, so I know that it was given properly. It did show some abnormalities, but nothing relating to epilepsy. They scheduled her to see another doctor to review it, but the appointment wasn't going to be until May 7th. We felt that we just couldn't stay that long, the hotel would have been so expensive.
Today I made an appointment with her new neurologist to get his opinion on the EEG, but couldn't get an appointment until June 10th. I'll call every week to see if we can get in on a cancellation.
I thank all of you for your prayers and good wishes. We're still hoping and praying God will provide us with some answers.
