🚨 FOUND: ONE UNATTENDED SHOPPING BAG 🚨

We love presents as much as the next girl, but we have a feeling someone is currently at home wondering, “Wait… where the heck is my bag?!”

She was found stashed safely in the store and is currently in our care. She’s warm, comfortable, and adjusting well to life at The Daffodil & Daisy.

If you think this could be your missing bag, message us and tell us what’s inside so we can make sure she’s reunited with her rightful owner.

Don’t worry — we’re taking very good care of her in the meantime. No bags have been harmed. We cannot promise we won’t become emotionally attached.

Last weekend was SO much fun and you absolutely went to town on those sale racks.

But don’t worry girl, your size isn’t picked over 😂 We loaded those hangers right back up and added MORE stuff for this weekend.

Our poor dressing room curtain has been getting A LOT of action lately. 😂

She’s tired. She’s sagging. She’s hanging on by approximately three curtain rings and a prayer. 🙏😂

And honestly? We LOVE to see it.

Because every time you guys wipe out the sales rack, we just keep dragging MORE out and filling her back up. 👀🩷

So the question is…

HOW MANY HANGERS CAN WE EMPTY THIS WEEKEND?! 😂

The sale rack is refreshed, the deals are DEALING, and our poor dressing room curtain is asking everyone to please be gentle with her in her final weeks of service. 😂🫡

Apparently some of our friends had the audacity to have plans on Saturday and couldn’t make it to our Moving Sale 😉

So because we love you — and because we would REALLY prefer not to move all this stuff 200 feet down Front Street…

Friends, we will truly never stop being blown away by you.

Today was incredible. From the people waiting before we even opened, to the line that just kept going, THANK YOU.

Thank you for showing up. Thank you for being patient with us. Thank you for being kind to each other. Thank you for sticking it out in that line. Thank you for laughing with us through the chaos and continuing to support this little dream of ours.

Days like today are one of those moments where we look at each other and think… how is this our life?! We are so unbelievably grateful.

And to everyone who messaged us saying you were sad you couldn’t make it, WE HEARD YOU. 👀 We’re already working hard behind the scenes to figure out how to get the sale ONLINE so you can join in on the fun too.

But for tonight?

We’re celebrating this absolutely amazing day the only way we know how…

by laying on the couch and not moving. 😂😂😂

We’re taking the day to get everything ready for tomorrow, pulling out samples, singles, one of a kind pieces, and a few surprises we’ve had tucked away.

Because apparently good things take time… and by time, we mean a lot of discount signs & stickers.

Okay guys, we want to add a few details to yesterday’s very emotional WE’RE MOVING post because, friendly reminder, we are boutique owners — not professional social media people. 😂 So please be kind when we get excited and forget approximately half the important information.

First of all — the outpouring of love yesterday was INCREDIBLE. 🥹🩷 We have read your comments, messages and congratulations and we seriously cannot thank you enough.

So, a few things we forgot:

🌼 WHERE ARE WE GOING?!

DON’T PANIC. 😂

We’re moving TWO DOORS DOWN to 185 Front Street.

Same street.
Same side.
Maybe 200 feet down the block.

Basically, if you accidentally walk into our old store after we move, just keep going for another 30 seconds. 😂

🌼 WHEN ARE WE MOVING?!

We don’t have an exact date yet!

That’s actually why we didn’t announce where yesterday. You guys still have plenty of time to come visit our little store and get that back-to-school shopping done before we pack her up. 🥹

🌼 SO WHAT’S HAPPENING NOW?!

While the weather is beautiful and before we have to start moving all this stuff…

WE’RE HAVING A MOVING SALE. 🙌🛍️

We’ll be CLOSED TOMORROW — FRIDAY 8/14 so Lindsey and I can pull everything out, get organized and set up one heck of a sale.

Then…

🚨 SATURDAY IS THE DAY. 🚨

We had this whole cute OMG GUESS WHAT?! post planned. We’ve been hinting .. but honestly? We’re way too in our feels for that.

So yes — we’re having a SALE Saturday.
Why?

BECAUSE WE’RE MOVING. 😭🩷

In just under nine months, you guys have shown our little store so much love that we have officially outgrown our tiny little closet on Front Street.

Like… what?! 🥹

So we’re packing up The Daffodil & Daisy and moving into 1,200 square feet of more clothes, more sizes, more fun, more ridiculous ideas, and more room to keep growing this little dream.

And it’s happening because of YOU.

Every time you walked through our door.
Every order.
Every share.
Every person you brought in and said, “You HAVE to see this place.”
Every event you showed up for.
Every bit of encouragement you’ve given us.

You did this.

So Saturday we’re celebrating 9 MONTHS by having a giant HELP US MOVE LESS STUFF SALE 😂🙌

And then… we get to show you what’s next. 👀🌼
