Miss Peggy's Sewing and Alterations I freely admit I'm not a "Professional", as I've had no formal training except I've sewn for over 50 years. I've also altered grooms suits.

I've sewn my kids clothes when they were growing up, and then discovered I loved to do alterations over just sewing from a pattern. When my daughter started going to proms, bridesmaids and so on Momma needed to fix them. Then her friends started asking, and now I've graduated to those friends bringing their daughters. I've altered all types of dresses from plain to formal, including wedding gowns,

prom dresses, bridesmaid dresses. Not only those more complicated, as I enjoy hemming pants, whether it's dress pants, jeans, skirts etc. If you have a problem, lets see if I can fix it for you. I also enjoy making other items for the home and have discovered I enjoy making memory shirts or teddies and key lanyards out of a precious loved ones clothing.
