I have been a little overwhelmed with calls and messages regarding dress appointments. I have opened up the appointments back up. However please note no dresses will be completed or ready before September 18, 2026. If you are needing an appointment and your event day falls after the 9/18/26 date I highly advise getting it booked asap.

7/13/2026 Dear Valued Customers, Please be advised that due to high demand, our current turnaround time for dress alterations has extended.

Any new Formal/Wedding Dress alteration(s) appointments scheduled from today onward will not be completed or ready for pickup until September 18, 2026. The minimum 3 week turn around time still applies per dress.

If you have an upcoming event, we highly recommend booking as early as possible to secure your timeline. We appreciate your patience and look forward to working on your formal/wedding dress alterations!

For those who are new to us (never been here) and are needing a dress or any other type of alterations/fitting appointment you will need to go online to do so. There is also a small deposit to hold your appointment time.

Please don't call, text, email or message us asking for an appointment as you will be referred to the website to schedule one.

Unfortunately, it has come to this as I have had several people reaching out to me in the last couple weeks begging me for a rush appointment. Desperate as they need things done and without much turnaround time for me. I kindly have obliged and found room on my schedule for them and added them manually on my end. Which when I add them manually, they are not charged to book the appointment. Even scheduling them after hours or my day off. In return I have had almost all of them no call no show or cancel via text message while sitting behind their phone. Called me begging to help them but cant call to cancel.

I find this behavior rude and very disrespectful. Not only to me but the many other customers who are needing those appointments. My time is very valuable, and I will not waste it on people that have no intention of following through with their commitments.

This is a business and it will be ran as such. I will not tolerate this kind of behavior at all. As per my policy I have in place "I will never schedule or accept work from you again if you play this game. I ask that you please be respectful and conscientious when scheduling appointments with businesses. Their time as well as their customers is valuable.
