When you still can’t find the zipper foot for the sewing machine after 3 1/2 years and just want to finally finish the project. Hand sewing will have to do! Final picture to come later.

A baby gift. Crocheted vintage sweater with updated front closure and improvised matching hat. Made with self striping sock yarn so colors pool rather than stripe. I’m pleased with the results.
