In honor of what would be my father’s 84th birthday on March 17th, I am selling the remaining of the hoodie and TShirts at cost. $35 for a Hoody and $20 for a Tshirt. The quality was upgraded and the art was recreated with better detail. These are really nice. I can deliver locally or send them to you for $15 extra.
This will probably be the last run I do on my own, it was something my dad and I did together.
If you happen to know somewhere in PG that would want to sell them, pass my info along.

On December 21, 2022 we lost the creator of the coinage “Pacific Grove, let’s keep it boring.” He lived most of his life in Pacific Grove after immigrating here in 1952. One thing we can say, Andy wasn’t boring. He is deeply missed.

I’d like to share the story on how this slogan and sweatshirt came about.....
My dad Andy, an Estonian immigrant and WWII refugee moved to Pacific Grove in the late 1940’s. He then attended PGHS and has lived most of his adult life in PG.
Andy has a lot of opinions and theories and one of them is how Pacific Grove doesn’t take advantage of opportunities. For example, “why doesn’t Lovers Point have a bar?”
Give or take 10 years ago, the whole peninsula was really coming alive and taking advantage of the Concours D’elegance week in August. My dad (a self proclaimed automobile and motorcycle aficionado) was dumbfounded on why Pacific Grove didn’t have any of their own car shows or events during “Car Week”. He had heard that the city had just turned down a paid offer from a luxury car brand that wanted to use the fairways at PG Muni for thier own event during Concours. He couldn’t believe It. “How would they turn down such an opportunity??”
That’s when he turned to me and said “I know, Let’s just make this towns slogan- Pacific Grove. Let’s keep in booooooring.”

At the time I was working for a local company helping design clothing and hats so I naturally thought why not put this on a hoody.

Thank you everyone for your support and inquiries on getting another batch of these hoodies done!

As like most of you, 2020 was tough on my family but I am looking forward to working on this design again and some additional new designs as well.

Alright, enough with the sentiments.... who wants a hoody?

We lost one of our original supporters, Amber Novelli earlier this summer in a tragic accident. Today we proudly support her by wearing the Novelli’s Crab and Seafood hoody in Pacific Grove. ♥️
